Eyewitness Walkthrough and Objectives
Main Objectives
1. Proceed to the Cabinet Chambers
Go to the MAST building and go to the Cabinet Chambers to attend a meeting. Hadrian will meet you outside to inform you about it and confess to being a clone of someone named François Sanon, also known as Vae Victus.
You can ask her a few more questions after that, but you can proceed to the quest and end the conversation if you're not interested. Use the elevator and choose the Cabinet Chambers / Interstellar Affairs.
2. Address the Cabinet
Speak with the Cabinet and and address their concerns. You can choose to answer to your heart's content, as it won't affect the outcome.
3. Listen to the Cabinet
Listen to the Cabinet as an emergency unfolds outside the building and try to assess the situation. They will then ask you to help them fight off the Terrormorphs and save the city.
4. Take the NAT to the Spaceport
Use the train to get to the Spaceport and contain the Terrormorphs along with other officers. However, there's a commotion in front of the station and you have to deal with it first to progress.
5-6. Collect the EM Weapon and Incapacitate the Attackers
Grab the EM weapon lying on the ground and use it to deal with the civilians attacking the guards.
EM weapons are non-lethal, so they'll only knock them out - no permanent damage. If you already have your own EM gear, feel free to use that instead. Either way, the goal is to stun, not slay.
7. Assess the Situation at the Next Station
After incapacitating the attackers, speak with the guard to get the lowdown on what went down at the next station. She’ll also let you know that the NAT (the train) is now unlocked and ready to ride - use it to head straight to the Spaceport.
8. Proceed to Spaceport
Walk towards the Spaceport and pull out your weapon as you will soon engage in combat. You will see some guards fighting the Terrormorph as soon as you get to the Spaceport.
9. Eliminate the Terrormorph
Take down the Terrormorph and support the guards in the fight. Use the EM weapon to fill its blue bar and briefly stun it - this is your cue to switch to high-damage weapons and unload. Don’t forget, your powers work too - make them count!
(Optional) Speak to the Fireteam
You can speak with the Fireteam Leader and let them assist you with the remaining Terrormorphs in the Spaceport. You can also say that they should just stay if you want to fight the Terrormorphs alone with your team.
10. Approach the Officer in Charge
Before heading to battle, talk to Sergeant Yumi, the officer in charge, and learn more about the situation. He will also indicate that you can take the supplies nearby to be ready for the upcoming fight.
11. Eliminate the Terrormorphs
You will encounter two Terrormorphs this time. Focus on fighting them one at a time to defeat them fast and easily. You can also shoot them from a distance and let the fireteam take all the blows at close range if you let them assist you.
12. Speak to Sergeant Yumi
Return Sergeant Yumi and report what happened. Finish the dialogue and prepare to head back to the Cabinet Chambers and tell the good news.
13. Report to President Abello in the MAST Cabinet Chambers
Look for President Abello back in the Cabinet Chambers and report your success. She will then thank you and tell you to continue searching for answers about the Terrormorphs, which unlocks the next quest, Friends Like These.
