Main Objectives

1. Ask About Percival at the Trade Authority

Go inside the Cydonia Central Hub and speak to Oktai Enbayar at the Trade Authority to ask him about the whereabouts of Percival. You can find him further down the Central Hub near the elevator.

2. Speak to the Miners at the Sixth Circle

Leave the office and take the elevator down to the P2 level. Talk to a miner named Andy at the Sixth Circle and ask him where you can find Percival.

3. Speak to the Bartender (Lou)

Speaking to Lou the Bartender will give you information about where to find Percival. However, you will need to answer a few questions for him before that.

What is the Meaning of the UC Vanguard Motto?

The UC Vanguard motto, Supra Et Ultra, means Above and Beyond. You can choose this answer when asked about the motto. You can also prompt Sarah to vouch for you if you have her on your team to skip this question and continue progress on the quest.

4. Pay Off Percival's Debt

In exchange for Percival's location, you'll have to pay Oktai Enbayar with Percival's debt of 21,867 Credits. You can either settle this amount by killing the Space Leader or by accessing the Accounts Computer in the main level to reduce the debt to 1000 Credits.

5. Speak to Lou

Talk to Lou the Bartender again after settling the debt. He'll reveal that Percival is holed up in the old Red Devils HQ in the Deep Mines. He'll also give you the Drill Waste Room Access Key.

6. Find Percival in the Deep Mines

You can find Percival in the deeper parts of the Deep Mines. You can get there by following the quest marker and using the Hand Scanner to track it. It might be a bit confusing to find so try to observe the path first and use the Hand Scanner from time to time. Once you've located Percival, hand him the tissue sample of his old colleague.

In addition, you'll also be facing Spacers as you head deeper in the mines so try to come prepared with a handful of Medpacks and food to restore your Health!

How to Find Percival

	How to Find Percival Walkthrough
1	Go down the stairs until you reach the bottom floor.
2	Defeat all the Spacers and proceed to the marked location shown in the image above.
3	Go through the tunnel and then open the orange door to your left. After that, go down the stairs.
4	Defeat a bunch of Spacers again and simply follow the objective shown on your screen.
5	After opening some doors and going through a hallway, go to the marked area shown above. Be prepared since you'll fight another group of Spacers.
6	After defeating the enemies, Head to your right to pass through the long tunnel shown in the image. Follow the objective shown on your screen so you won't get lost.
7	At the end of the tunnel, open the door using the Drill Waste Room Access Key given to you by Lou and move straight ahead.
8	At this part of the mission, you can jetpack your way to the other side if you have the Boost Pack Training Skill unlocked. You can also use the pathway to the left.
9	After following the objective, you will arrive at the location shown in the image above. You can use your jet pack again to fly to the other side. Alternatively, you can use the pathway to the right.
10	After crossing to the other side, you will finally meet Percival!

7. Follow Percival

After speaking to Percival, follow him down the Laboratory area. He'll be analyzing the tissue sample that you gave him earlier.

8. Meet Hadrian at the Sixth Circle

Leave the mines to meet with Hadrian back at the Sixth Circle bar. You can quickly exit the area by taking the lift nearby to the surface using the Red Devils HQ key that Percival gave you.

9. Follow Hadrian

Once you're back at the Sixth Circle, let Hadrian and Percival finish their brief conversation. Afterwards, follow them to a secluded area inside the bar.

10. Speak to Hadrian

Report to Hadrian regarding the situation back in the mines and how the delivery and analyzation of the tissue sample went. The quest ends after the dialogue conversation and you'll be tasked with meeting Hadrian in New Atlantis for the next part of the faction questline.

3. Kill the Space Leader in the Deep Mines
4. Contact Cambridge on the Comms Panel
5. Collect an Aqueous Hermatite Sample
6. Deposit the Hermatite in the thresher
7. Wait for the Thresher to complete analysis
8. Collect Cambridge's research
9. Find the elevator key

Should You Kill the Space Leader or Change the Debt Amount?

You have two ways to remove Percival's debt if you don't want to pay a whopping 21,867 Credits. You can either Kill the Space Leader in the Deep Mines or hack the Trade Authority to change his debt. It's better to kill the Space Leader in the Deep Mines as you can get a lot valuables and rare items.

Killing the Space Leader

Following this optional objective will take a lot more time to complete but will yield greater rewards. One of those rewards is the Pick-Me-Up Drug recipe, which increases your inventory capacity permanently. You can even get some Legendary gear if you're lucky!

Changing the Debt Amount

This is the quickest method to settling the debt as you'll only need to access the Accounts Computer in the main level to reduce Percival's debt to a reasonably acceptable price of 1000 Credits.

To access the Accounts Computer, go behind the bar inside the Broken Spear and then proceed to the security room. After that, go down the stairs where you have to lockpick an Advanced level lock!
