1. Report to Hadrian

Go to Mars in the Sol star system to see Hadrian and report to her that you found her research team, but you still need to get Kaiser. You can find her in the Red Devils headquarters.

2. Follow Hadrian

Follow Hadrian to get Kaiser's schematics and other things needed to run him. You can then start finding Kaiser on the planet Niira.

3. Search for Kaiser in Niira

Head off to Narion system and land on 1-Of-A-Kind Salvage in planet Niira. Look for Gel inside the facility and try to get information out of him about Kaiser.

(Optional) Gather information on Kaiser's Location from Gel

You can get information from Gel about Kaiser, but it comes with a price of 1000 Credits. Persuade him to lower the price to 675 Credits or pay him the original price. You can lower the price further to 350 Credits if you have Sarah Morgan in your team to get her dialogue option.

Once you do, Kaiser's location will be marked, and you can track it.

4. Search for Kaiser in the Mech Fields

Head out of the facility and start searching the Mech Fields. You will automatically get Kaiser's location in the UC Syracuse once you get close to the ship.

5-6. Proceed to the Syracuse and Follow the Beacon

Kaiser is currently in Syracuse, sending a signal through a beacon. Head there and search the area until you hear a beeping sound coming from the beacon. Follow it inside the ship until to see Kaiser.

7. Remove the Creatures from Kaiser

There are some alien creatures clinging to Kaiser, making him immobile. Attack them with a melee weapon instead of shooting to save ammo!

8. Speak to Kaiser

Speak to Kaiser after removing the creatures. Kaiser will ask you for the password to activate its voice controls. Select "Nos Belli Machinis" from the options to do that!

It will attempt to reboot on its own but won't have enough power to do so.

9. Find a MicroCell

Finding a Microcell will solve the issue of Kaiser's insufficient power. You can either make one yourself or buy it from Gel.

10. Purchase a MicroCell from Gel

Gel has a MicroCell you can buy for 11,784 Credits. You can buy it from him if you have Credits to spare to save time finding materials and making one on this quest.

(Optional) Talk to Gel about Making Microcells

You can create a MicroCell yourself using the Fabrication System in the area. However, you will need materials first to make it, which you can learn more about through Gel. You will encounter several enemies along the way as you get the materials so be prepared!

Get MicroCell Materials to Craft it

You can find all the items quickly as their location is marked on the map. You can also use the Hand Scanner to see them clearly and the name of the material you're currently tracking.

Return to Gel and start fabricating a MicroCell once you get all the materials. You can give it to Kaiser after creating it.

11. Return the Microcell to Kaiser

Once you get a Microcell, return to Kaiser in Syracuse and attach it to restore its power. It should stand up after that and function normally again.

12. Speak with Kaiser

Talk to Kaiser once it's up and running. Tell Kaiser that his current mission has been superseded, and Hadrian wants it to return back to the base. However, Kaiser will insist that it must finish it before returning.

13. Follow Kaiser to the Mission Site

Follow Kaiser to the mission site and help him with his current mission to finish it quickly. You will encounter a few hostile creatures along the way, so keep those weapons up and ready.

14. Speak to Kaiser

Speak to Kaiser once you reach the site to discuss the next plan, as its target is currently under control by a hostile group called Ecliptic. You can tell him to attack them head-on together or check it out yourself.

15. Clear the Ecliptic Base

Attack the Ecliptic and kill every single one of them to progress. Use the terrain to your advantage and try to pick them off individually to avoid getting hit from all angles!

16. Kill Unit 99

Unit 99 will appear amidst the chaos and attack your team. Eliminate it next to end Kaiser's mission so he can return to base. You can loot the dead bodies and scattered items before leaving, as they might help later on!

17. Return to the Red Devils HQ

Speak to Kaiser once more and then return to the Red Devil headquarters. Listen to their conversation to end the quest and get your rewards. Hostile Intelligence will automatically unlock after that!
