How to Start and Rewards

Location Dazra City (Halls of Healing), Va'ruun'kai (Shattered Space DLC)
Prerequisite Becomes available after the ritual during The Promised, Broken quest.

・ Credits: Leveled Amount of Credits

Lost and Found Walkthrough

Quest Walkthrough

1 Meet with Reigen Ueda
Starfield Reigen
Go to Reigen Ueda's house near House of Obedience. Enter the house and speak with him.
2 Search For Clues Regarding Reigen's Missing Items
Starfield Reigen
Look for Reigen's missing items. You can start by getting the socks and playing the audio log under it on the corner.
3 (Optional) Help Reigen Clean Up
Starfield Help Clean the House
You can also help Reigen clean the house. Cleaning up won't affect anything in the quest and is entirely optional.
3 Find Reigen's Key Under the Duck
Starfield Get the Duck and Keyboard
Interacting with the audio log will track the Duck and the Keycard. Retrieve the Duck at the toilet sink and get the Keycard to open the closet.
4 Examine Reigen's Closet
Starfield Music Box in the Closet
Open the closet using the Keycard. Head inside and grab the Music Box on top of a storage box.
5 Speak to Reigen and Play the Music Box
Starfield Speak to Reigen and Play the Music Box
Speak to Reigen once you get the Music Box. He won't still remember anything so you need to play it from your inventory.
6 Speak to Reigen
Starfield Speak to Reigen
Speak again to Reigen to know the story behind the Music Box. He will then ask you to take away the Music Box from him.

Be sure to keep the Music Box as can be used in the next quest, Fallen Footsteps.
7 Return to Vassils
Starfield Return to Vassilis
Report back to Vassils in the Halls of Healing to report. He will give you another quest, which is the Fallen Footsteps, after waiting for a day or two.
