Wellness is a Novice Physical skill that increases your maximum health in Starfield. Read on to learn the effects of the Wellness skill, how to unlock and rank up the Wellness skill, and the backgrounds that know it.

As Wellness is a Novice skill, it can be learned without having to spend skill points on other skills in the Physical skill tree. You just need to spend a skill point on Wellness to learn it.
The Wellness skill is automatically learned by the following backgrounds:

There's a ramp near Reliant Medical in New Atlantis that you can jump from to take fall damage.
Another option is to sprint until it starts to reduce your health. The more encumbered you are, the quicker your O2 and health will be drained.
You can have your health restored in the nearby Reliant Medical for 400 Credits to complete the challenge.
This is also an excellent way to complete the challenges for the Rejuvenation, Gymnastics, and Cellular Regeneration skills.
Alternatively, you can play the game regularly and heal yourself with Aid items. Using healing items also completes the Medicine skill rank challenge.
