Main Objectives

1. Go to the Meeting Room

Head to the meeting room where you'll find Marshal Daniel and Emma waiting for you. The room should be at the end of the hallway where Ranger Alex is also located.

2. Sit Down

Upon entering the meeting room, take a seat next to Marshal Daniel and prepare to listen to the debriefing.

3. Continue the Debriefing

During the debriefing, Ranger Alex will drop by to report that he has successfully cracked the encryption slate that you got earlier during the Shadows In Neon faction quest and that the First's headquarters might be located in a factory on the planet Arcturus II.

4. Travel to Arcturus II

Marshal Daniel will instruct you to fly over to Arcturus II located in the Arcturus System to investigate the factory. Leave the conference room and head back to your ship to prepare for the journey ahead.

5. Destroy the Mercenary Patrol Ships

Upon your arrival in the orbit of Arcturus II, you'll encounter a bunch of Mercenary Patrol Ships. Take them out before landing your ship on the planet.

6. Land at the Freestar Mech Factory

With the patrol ships taken care of, land your ship at the Freestar Mech Factory.

7.Investigate the Freestar Mech Factory

Enter the Freestar Mech Factory — becareful of mines scattered around! You can use your boost pack to avoid those as you make your way towards the entrance.

8. Confront Paxton Hull

Paxton Hull is located deep within the Mech Factory. Fight your way through the hallways filled with First Cavalry Veteran soldiers and automated turrets until you reach the Operations room.

9. Defeat the Mercenaries

Inside the Operations Room, you'll face the final horde of First Cavalry mercenaries in the facility along with Paxton Hull on the upper levels. It's best to deal with the soldiers first as they'll be constantly be firing at you from different directions.

10. Defeat Paxton Hull

Deal with Paxton Hull on the second level of the middle building in the Operations room. You can either head up over there or shoot him from the ground level since he'll be exposed at the catwalk on the side of the building.

11. Talk to Paxton Hull

Paxton Hull will be knocked unconscious upon dealing enough damage to him. Approach him to have one final conversation with him.

Take note that you'll have to defeat the remaining mercenaries first before you can talk to him.

12. Kill Paxton Hull

After exchanging some dialogues with Paxton, you'll have one final fight with him. You can quickly jump behind cover as the battle initiates since he'll immediately fire at you upon turning hostile, or you can shoot him down if you have enough ammo and health.
