Also, take some aid of whatever variety for dislocated limbs and fractured bones with you to a high spot on a planet with >1g gravity, and you can knock out recoveries quick.
The wording is just *terrible* - it's not injuries as in health, but injuries as in status effects like "dislocated limb" or "burn" and such.
This skill is bugged af - no way to get any "recover from injuries" progess, and T1 hasn't seemed to do anything despite being injured 1000s of times over the course of 12 or so hours of gameplay.
