On first time visiting the MAST building entrance, there is a swearing in ceremony for 3 new UC Vanguard pilots led by an Officer. These NPCs will despawn when you trigger the ambient scene by walking by them and then leaving the area.
The item listed here is wrong, its a duplicate of the Recon Fatigues. The correct item id is 0021a86d
I have Uc navy crew uniform i was on sy920 killing commander natara it took a few tries but she has a chance to drop it
I have no clue how loot RnG works, I’ve heard it’s level based but you’d think apparel wouldn’t be level locked. All I did was quicksave beside the commander and kill, loot check, and repeat that process until it finally dropped. For me when I quicksave farmed the Red pirate captain outfit it took like 60+ tries but the officer outfit took maybe less than 10.
What exactly is the RNG based on? I just have killed them both at least 15 times and not once did either of them have the uniform in their inventory. Even after leaving the area and retrying there was still nothing.
It can be acquired by killing one of the two nonessential NPCs in UC High Command inside the Mass. There is a commander and a general who are both killable which drop the outfit based on rng like most items.
