Go to the Eye or Protect the Lodge

Starfield - Defend Lodge or Go to the Eye

Choice Consequences
Defend the Lodge ・Your closest companion on the Eye will die.
Go to The Eye ・The companion left defending the Lodge will die.

In the mission High Price to Pay, you're given the option to stay in the Lodge to defend it or check on the others at the Eye. One of your companions will die in this quest, and there's no way to revive them. The companions who can die will be among Andreja, Barrett, Sam Coe, and Sarah Morgan. The deceased companion will also be the identity of The Emissary.

Side With the Hunter or the Emissary

Choice Consequences
Side with The Emissary. ・Fight The Hunter in Revelation and obtain Unmitigated Violence.
Side with The Hunter. ・Fight The Emissary in Revelation and obtain Eternity's Gate.
Side with neither. ・Fight both The Hunter and The Emissary in Revelation and obtain both weapons.

Near the end of the Unearthed quest, you'll confront both The Hunter and The Emissary. Here, you can choose who you'll side with for the final battle. Once decided, you can no longer change who you'll fight. The ending also changes slightly depending on your ally.

Who to Romance

Commit to a companion. ・More dialogue options
・Your partner appears in ending.
Commit to nobody. ・Ending proceeds without a specific companion.

After raising your affinity with one of your companions, you can romance them and eventaully make a commitment. This opens up new dialogue options and lets you see your partner during the ending.

Should You Betray Delgado?

Starfield - Choose Faction

Choice Consequences
Betray Delgado Siding with UC SysDef during Eye of the Storm.
(Companions will approve.)
Betray Commander Ikande Siding with the Crimson Fleet during Eye of the Storm.
(Companions will disapprove. )

In the Eye of the Storm quest, you'll have to ultimately decide your allegiance to UC SysDef or the Crimson Fleet to continue to the Legacy's End mission. The final reward will be the same, but whichever faction you join will appear in the ending.

When to Enter The Unity

Choice Consequences
Walking into the Unity ・Starts New Game Plus with stronger gear.
・You'll lose all current items, gear, and relationships.
Walking Away ・You won't lose anything.
・Continue playing in your current playthrough

Entering the Unity ends the game and starts New Game Plus with a new ship and spacesuit. However, you'll lose all items and relationships if you enter it. If you want to keep playing in your current universe, you can walk away and choose to enter the Unity another time.

Reveal You're Starborn or Replay Main Quests

Choice Consequences
Reveal you're Starborn ・Events are altered.
・Some companions are recruited differently.
Replay Main Quests ・Repeat story missions as normal.
・Access to Starborn dialogue options.

Upon entering New Game Plus, choosing to reveal you're Starborn will change how the events play out. As you're now aware of the nature of the Artifacts, you can skip straight to collecting them without going through the main story's events. Since you no longer meet some companions during the story, you'll have to seek them out yourself if you want to recruit them.

If you don't skip the main story, you can go through the missions again with new Starborn dialogue options, which can help make interactions easier.
