Someone shared how to get 2 for free in a video at 38:18 : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYqQTCOuHjM&ab_channel=SwoleBenji But when i tried (aroud 10 times) i always get the reguler version while some others did get the "advanced" one, it seems to be random.

Does anyone know which perk besides Rifle Certification this weapon takes to increase damage? Ballistics doesn't seem to do anything (at least for me).
