| A frog known primarily for its distinctive red fins. It can puff itself up with pheromones to float like a balloon. Not one to shy away from confrontation, it instead spreads it menacing fins in a show of intimidation, even against much larger foes, though not always wisely. This show sometimes has the opposite effect, instead attracting predators. Thus, some hunters use it as a decoy, hence the name. | |||
How to Use Tricktoad
Use to Distract Monsters
Triggering the Tricktoad makes any Large Monster lose interest in persuing you. The distracted Large Monster will then focus on the Tricktoad instead. Use the Tricktoad whenever you need to heal or sharpen your weapon!
