The Butterflame is one of the many useful Endemic Life in Monster Hunter Rise (MH Rise). Keep reading to learn all we know about Butterflame locations, uses, and drops.

|A butterfly with crimson wings. In flight, they look like dancing flames and in the past, were often mistaken for fire or ghosts. When attacked, they release a type of dust before fleeing. This dust can temporarily boost attack strength if inhaled.|
The Butterflame grants an +15 attack boost buff for anything hit within the vicinity of its cloud. The Butterflame's buffing cloud lasts for only a few seconds so be sure to trigger it when your allies are nearby.

Each upgrade level adds 2 points to defense. Depending on rarity the armor will have different levels to max up to. Take the total levels minus one and multiply by 2 to get the total defense plus what the armor started with.
