This is a comprehensive guide on Spiribirds found within Monster Hunter Rise (MHRise). Read on to learn more about the benefits of collecting Spiribirds and more!
List of Contents
Spiribirds are endemic life that are found throughout the wilds of the Monster Hunter Rise locales. They act as permabuffers as the pollen they carry on their bodies can boost your stats. Stat boosts depends on which color bird you get close to. These buffs can last a long time, even up until you finish a quest.
Spiribirds are the only endemic life in-game that grants permabuffs.

The color of each Spiribird is what determines which buff you can get. Green boosts your total health, yellow buffs your stamina bar, red increases your attack, and orange increases your defense.
There are also special rainbow-colored Spiribirds that exist but their effects are unknown yet.
The Petalace is a new piece of equipment that you can equip like armor or a weapon. This equipment retains the pollen you collect from Spiribirds which makes their permabuffs last until the end of a quest.
There are different types of Petalace that you can equip to better suit your playstyle. Some Petalace is more likely to increase your attack while another might bump up your max health.
Spiribirds are scattered throughout the entirety of the Shire Ruins. Since they offer permabuffs, it is ideal to make a route and gather them up before facing off against monsters.
Some Spiribirds are found in narrow pathways along with other creatures that you can harvest to help you in hunting. They may be placed in these narrow areas because larger monsters have a harder time reaching them, thus giving hunters breathing room.
