The Frontier is the ship you start with in the game. You gain access to it during the first section of the game before taking your first flight.

Get the Razorleaf and Sell the Frontier

Starfield - Razorleaf with Stats

Being the starting and default ship, the Frontier's stats aren't very impressive. While it's enough to help you progress through the first couple of hours in the game, very soon you'll need more storage space, more firepower, and faster ways to travel.

As soon as you're able to, we recommend you get the Razorleaf as soon as you can. This is the best free ship you can get early. And once you get the Razorleaf, you can sell the Frontier to immediately upgrade the Razorleaf's parts as well.
