You can get Sensor Array by completing Helmet Mods Research Projects at a Research Lab. Completing these research projects will give you access to “Basic”, “Improved”, and “Superior” Helmet mods.

You can start Research Projects at Research Labs. These labs can be found in your ship hab, outposts, or in major cities like New Atlantis.
