You can pick up the Emissary's armor Starborn Spacesuit Gravitas from the Emissary after defeating them during the Revelation main quest.
After defeating the Emissary, make sure to check if the armor is there first by scrolling down to the bottom of their dropped loot. We've encountered the situation wherein looting the Emissary's artifacts first makes the loot disappear.
You fight the Emissary after either siding with the Hunter or siding with neither when presented with the choice during the preceding quest Unearthed.
Should You Side with The Hunter or The Emissary?
You can receive the Starborn Spacesuit Gravitas at the very start of the game if you beat New Game Plus 5 times. On your next new save in New Game Plus, the Starborn Spacesuit Gravitas will already be in your inventory, along with the Starborn Guardian VI Spaceship.
You will receive a different type of Starborn armor and ship each time you beat New Game Plus and enter the Unity. You will receive the new Starborn armor and ship in your inventory on the next New Game Plus playthrough!

I've killed the emissary and it didn't drop the armor just the gun I reloaded a save a few times and it still hasn't dropped

You Need To Save Before you open the doors to the Buried Temple. Open the Doors, then do the fight on Very Easy to make it go faster. Then at the End Look at the Emissary Body, if it doesn't have the Suit, Reload before opening the Temple then redo the fight. Repeat until it drops. Only took me 4 reloads. Thank You Game8 Now I don't need to do new game plus 5 times!
