The Mark I Spacesuit, along with the other armor pieces in this set, can be found on a mannequin in the basement of The Lodge. The armor set is locked behind a glass capsule with a Master-level lock that you can only attempt to hack it if you Security Skill at Rank 3.
To get there, you need to progress through the story until the game prompts you to go to The Lodge in New Atlantis to meet Constellation. Once you have the key to The Lodge, head to the basement and look for the mannequin that's wearing the Mark I Set.
The exploit that allowed you to obtain the Mark I suit without needing Rank 3 Security has been patched.
The exploit involved simply taking the armor by aiming your crosshair at its arm through the glass capsule's small gap. This can be done whether you're on first person POV or third person!
