The Legendary Herb is easy to quite easy to find especially since it's marked on the map with green dots. It will only take you a couple of minutes or less to get them all.

It would be most efficient to start at Sub-Camp 2 since it's closest to the two Legendary Herbs on the upper level. Then from there, you can drop into the hole in the middle, where the third Legendary Herb is located.
From there, go to Area 10 on your Palamute to pick up the Legendary Herb there, then Area 8, then Area 6. Easy peasy!
