Moon Drop is a delivery account item that's unique to the Citadel. It can be harvested from the Ice Crystal Cluster gathering spot.
Citadel Map and Sub-Camp Location
| 1 |  Once you get the Moon Drop in the cave in the Area 5, go back up the vines in the middle of the room. |

| 2 |  Once you climb out, slide down the stairs in front of you. This will lead you to Area 2. |
| 3 |  You will jump off at the end of your slide. Use your Wirebugs carefully so that you cushion your fall and not break the Moon Drop. |
| 4 |  From Area 2, make your way to Area 1 whether by using your wirebugs, running, and sliding. |
| 5 |  After all that, you should eventually make it into the Main Camp with an intact Moon Drop. Voila! |

Delivering Moon Drops nets you 2800 Zenny and Kamura Points after a quest. But if you're grinding for Zenny and Kamura Points, delivering transport items is definitely not the way to go as it takes too long.
