Laffresia is obtained from the Colossal Bloom gathering point in the Flooded Forest. It is directly located north from the main camp and it can be easily accessed using the secret path at the top of the main camp.
The Flooded Forest's hidden path can easily be accessed by using the Great Wirebug in front of the camp. Just use your own wirebug to reach it and you're already in front of the tunnel. This is the best path to take if you're heading to the Laffresia's location. Sadly, it cannot be used as a path when traveling back to the main camp (while carrying the Laffresia).
The best route for Laffresia is pretty simple but it can be easily overlooked by players as well. Since it's impossible to use the shortcut, from Area 13, we'll be heading right straight to the entrance of area 12.
From there, instead of continuing to 12, we'll be taking the underground path (colored green in the map above) that leads straight to Flooded Forest's Area 14. From there, simply keep on running straight back to the main camp.

Delivering Laffresias nets you 370 Zenny and Kamura Points after a quest. But if you're grinding for Zenny and Kamura Points, delivering transport items is definitely not the way to go as it takes too long.
