Type Fanged Beast
Official Description
An omnivorous small monster with a distinct round shape. Its whole body courses with flammable gas, which it expels in defense when threatened. Once expelled, this gas has explosive properties. This trait has led to Bombadgy being used in combat by many crafty hunters throughout history.

Avoid Hunting Bombadgy During Gargwa Outbreaks

Look out for Outbreaks of Gargwa in the Shrine Ruins because Bombadgy appear in less areas (only appears in Area 13!) during this time. Refresh your expedition if you have a Gargwa outbreak!

How Make Bombadgy Release its Gas

Attacking a Bombadgy will make it gas. Try attacking it with a Throwing Kunai or a Barrel Bomb to see it release its gas. Taking a photo of it while it releases its gas is required to complete the Boom-Boom, Bombadgy! request.

Each upgrade level adds 2 points to defense. Depending on rarity the armor will have different levels to max up to. Take the total levels minus one and multiply by 2 to get the total defense plus what the armor started with.
