Small Neopterons found primarily on land, featuring two developed horns and legs peppered with sharp thorns. Extremely territorial, Hornetaurs attack any who approach without mercy. When processed,t he shells around their bodies boast impressive strength; in their current state, however, too much umph when attacking can easily obliterate them, rendering them useless. Collect those materials with care! |

It is recommended to farm Hornetaur by doing the Buggin' Out Master Rank 1 quest. This will highlight all Hornetaurs in the Jungle map!

Take note that Citadel is accessible at Master Rank 3. Look out for Outbreak of Hornetaur as more will appear in Area 2 and 3.
Hornetaurs will aggro onto you and knock you down when you approach them, so be careful when gathering materials around them!
In the demo, Hornetaurs can be found at the Jungle locale only, in Areas 5 (upper level) and 8 (lower level).
Just like the Bnahabra, Hornetaur are extra vulnerable to attacks. If you want to carve it for materials, make sure to use a Poison Smoke Bomb.
