Official Description | |||
Neopterons with paralyzing poison stingers on their abdomen. Vespoids adapt to almost any environment, and have been observed in many regions. Their sharp stingers are powerful enough to let them relentlessly jab any outsiders with a paralytic agent. They are delicate, weak to impacts, and make great materials for toxic weaponry. |

Look for Outbreak of Vespoid! This will make more Vespoids spawn in different areas of the map.
It is recommended to farm Vespoids by doing the Buggin' Out Master Rank 1 quest. This will highlight all Vespoids on the Jungle map!

We don't recommend farming Vespoids during Outbreak of Pyrantula since they only appear at one area.
No outbreaks of this monster have been encountered yet.
These little bugs are nothing to be scoffed at! They can easily paralyze you with one prick. This can be deadly if you don't have anyone to shake you awake, like your Buddies. Be careful when you're gathering and walking around these Vespoids.
In the demo, Vespoids can be found at the Jungle locale only. This might change in the future, since Vespoids were in every locale back in MHW!
Just like the Bnahabra, Vespoids are extra vulnerable to attacks. If you want to carve it for materials, make sure to use a Poison Smoke Bomb.
