How to Get SF6 Ticket
Complete Akuma's Arena Quests
SF6 Tickets are earned as rewards from completing any of the Arena Quests given by Akuma: True Strength and Demonic Strength. The latter will be unlocked as you complete the former.
Getting these Arena Quests from Akuma require that you progress the side mission Ultimate Strength in the Oilwell Basin. To trigger the side mission, talk to Quinn in the region near the Base Camp at HR21+. Completing objectives and then talking to Akuma will grant you these quests.
Ultimate Strength Mission Walkthrough
Best to Farm Demonic Strength Arena Quest for Easy Tickets
Of the 2 quests, Demonic Strength is the easiest to farm the tickets for, having only a 3-strength Ajarakan to deal with. These quests can give 1-2 SF6 Tickets.
Most runs for this quest would average between 5-10 minutes for completion depending on your weapon and skill, so at most you can be farming these tickets for around 30 minutes or more.
Unlock Akuma Armor at the Smithy by Completing Ultimate Strength
To get the Akuma Armor to appear at the Smithy, you will need to complete all of the objectives of Ultimate Strength. This not just includes completing at least the Demonic Strength Arena Quest, but returning to talk to Akuma after having done it.

Used to Forge Akuma α Armor Set
SF6 Tickets are used to craft the Akuma α Armor Set. This set is considered a Full Armor Set, meaning that equipping a part will equip the whole armor set.
For making the the full set, you will need at least 5 SF6 Tickets. Doing at least 3 runs of Demonic Strength will give you enough for that amount given at least 2 runs give you 2 tickets.
How to Get and Use Akuma Armor Set
Used to Forge Blanka-Chan α Palico Armor
SF6 Tickets are also used for crafting the Blanka-Chan α Palico Armor Set. Like the Akuma α Armor Set, this is a full armor set.
The full set requires 2 SF6 Tickets. Doing at least 1 run of Demonic Strength will give you enough for that amount given that 1 run gives you 2 tickets.
Used to Upgrade to Mighty Charm III

SF6 Tickets are also used to upgrade Mighty Charm II to Mighty Charm III.
This charm requires 3 SF6 Tickets. At least 2-3 runs of Demonic Strength should give you enough to get this charm given that 1 run grants you 2 tickets.
