Complete 9-Star Quests at HR 100
Completing 9-Star quests will grant you with Glowing Stones that are appraised into Talismans with random skills.
These quests require HR 100 and can be taken on as Field Surveys or saved for later as Investigations.
Rest at Camp to Refresh Quests on the Field
If there are no 9-Star quests available on the field, you can rest at a tent until you find one. Multiple monsters in one 9-Star quest typically reward more Glowing Stones.
Meld Talismans at the Melting Pot
You can also meld unused and appraised Talismans at the Melting Pot in Suja, Peaks of Accord.
You'll need at least 10 Melding Points to craft a Glowing Stone or a Silver Talisman Ticket that can be obtained from Bounties.

Rates were estimated based on a sample of over 1,000 talismans obtained from quests and melding.
Apparaised Talismans are randomized, and the rarity determines the slots and skill levels it can get. As their rarities imply, Golden Age Charms (Rarity 8) are the hardest to get, having around a 3% chance of being obtained.
For all rarities, the first skill will always be a Weapon Skill, while the second and third skills can be a mix of armor skills and other weapon skills. We have also confirmed that it's possible to roll for 3 weapon skills in a single talisman.
Appraised Talisman Rollable Skills
Possible Weapon Skills
All talismans obtained from 9-Star Investigations will always include at least one weapon skill. The maximum skill level depends on the rarity of the talisman and the skill itself. From our results, the maximum appears to be 3 levels for most weapon skills. However, some skills, like Critical Boost, are fairly rare, and we've only obtained them with one level.
Notably, exclusive skills, like Whiteflame Torrent, are not available. Only skills obtainable from decorations can appear in the new talismans.
Possible Armor Skills
Armor skills can also be rolled in these talismans. Like weapon skills, the maximum level depends on the talisman rarity and the relative strength of the skill. For example, skills like Agitator that have 3-slot decorations appear to cap out at 1 level, 2-slot decorations like Earplugs max out at 2 levels, and 1-slot decorations, such as Constitution, max out at up to 4 levels.
Note that some talismans may end up having no armor skills at all.

The slots of the Appraisal Talismans depend on the rarity of the charm obtained. For rarity 5 to 7 talismans, these will always be armor decoration slots. Generally, the higher the rarity, the lower the slot quality since it usually has better skills instead.

All Rarity 8 talismans will always have a 1-slot for Weapon Decorations. Depending on your luck, you might also roll up to 2 additional 1-slots for armor decorations.

Appraised or RNG Talismans, can have random skills and decoration slots when appraised after clearing 9-Star quests.
Appraised Talismans Release Date
Added on August 12, 2025 (ET)
New RNG Talismans have been added in Version 1.021. These Talismans are obtained from 9-Star quests that appear on the field and requires at least HR 100.
Previously, it was intended to release with Title Update 3 before it was decided to be released with an earlier update.
