Leap of Faith is an Armor Skill in Monster Hunter Wilds (MH Wilds) that lets Hunters dive towards monsters, while increasing the length of the dive. See the effects of Leap of Faith and a list of armor with the Leap of Faith skill in this guide.

Leap of Faith Skill
Allows you to do a dive-evade when facing towards large monsters and extends the dive-evade distance.
Level Effect
1 Enables skill use.

Leap of Faith allows the Hunter to perform the dive-evade when facing monsters, a maneuver that can normally only be performed when running away from a monster.

The skill also extends the length of the dive, allowing the Hunter to cover more ground when diving. The extended dive grants more room for evasion due to the lengthier movement.

Dive Evade Explained

Leap of Faith enables the dive-evade maneuver to be used when facing a monster. This is an evasive move that grants a lot of invincibility frames to help dodge attacks while the Hunter is diving.

Note that diving towards monsters, such as in the right-side clip, is only possible with the skill. Without Leap of Faith, the dive-evade only works if you dive in the direction opposite the monster.
