1	Before you can start this mission, you first need to reach HR 50 as it is a post-story mission. You also need to download the patch for Title Update 1. ▶ Raising HR Fast

Talk to Werner in Suja

1	Once you have reached HR 50 and downloaded the Title Update 1 patch, head to Suja, Peaks of Accord and talk to Werner who you can find in front of your tent.
2	Olivia and The Allhearken will also show up and talk about the Dragontorch in the Ruins of Wyveria. Cocoons have popped up again in the area, which signals that Zoh Shia has returned.
