Investigate the Wounded Hollow
| 1 |  When you are ready speak with Fabius in Suja and head to the Wounded Hollow to investigate the changes that happened. |

Defeat the Frenzied Nerscylla
| 1 |  You spot a Nerscylla below the cliffs. It is covered in crystals that match the symptoms of the Frenzy virus. Hunt the Nerscylla to complete the Investigating the Frenzied Shadow quest. ┗ Frenzy and its Effects ▶︎ Monster Hunt: Frenzied Nerscylla |

| 2 |  Try to avoid attacking its claws since it can deflect attacks. Having the right items on hand to cure status ailments is also helpful. |
| 3 |  After defeating the Frenzied Nerscylla, you report back to Fabius and the Allhearken about the encounter. Fabius will return to the Academy to do further reaserch and will ask you to continue your investigation. |
Frenzy and its Effects
The Frenzy virus causes the Nerscylla to have higher strength and speed. Be careful since this can also infect the Hunter, which not only increases the damage taken from their attacks but also prevents you from naturally healing outside of using items.
