Several items can restore and boost your overall stamina, such as Energy Drinks and rations. To use them, simply equip them via your shortcuts and use them while out on the field!

Items Depend on the Animation

If you wish to use an item such as a ration to its full capacity, you will have to ensure that the animation finishes.

Getting attacked or canceling the animation by dodging will discard the rest of the ration but will keep whatever amount of stamina it managed to restore beforehand.

Stamina Items and How to Craft

Item Ingredients
Energy DrinkEnergy Drink • Nitroshroom x1
• Honey x1
RationRation • Cooked in camps or on the Portable BBQ Grill
Well-Done SteakWell-Done Steak • Cooked in camps or on the Portable BBQ Grill

Stamina items can be crafted and cooked in the Base Camp or an on-field Pop-Up Camp. Additionally, rations and steaks can be done on the spot by using the Portable BBQ Grill. Equip the grill using your shortcuts and get ready to start cooking!

Stamina Restores Naturally

Your stamina will recharge after some time without using it. As for how fast it recharges, that will depend on a number of things such as gear and meals. Equipping the proper gear can help restore stamina sooner and faster.

Additionally, meals, items, and gear can boost your max stamina or reduce stamina consumption, allowing for more dodges and actions requiring the usage of stamina such as firing arrows.

How to Increase Stamina

  1. Equip Gear that Increases Stamina
  2. Eat Meals Before Exploration

Equip Gear that Increases Stamina

A number of gear can increase your max stamina gauge or its ability to recharge. When changing your equipment, always be sure to view their skills and stats to see if they will suit your playstyle, especially when you often find yourself using a lot of stamina!

Eat Meals Before Exploration

As they say, no work should be done on an empty stomach. Try cooking and eating a meal before exploring, especially when you're expecting a long and arduous battle against a powerful monster.

Meals can provide you with tons of buffs ranging from increased stamina to reduced stamina consumption and more! Most stamina boosts come from rations so mix and match dishes to see which will fit your situation best!
