Updated Bug Fixes for All Platforms

・[Fixed] The “Grill a Meal” and “Ingredient Center” features cannot be unlocked even after meeting the progress criteria. ・[Fixed] When heading to Azuz during Main Mission: Chapter 2-1 “Toward Fervent Fields,” players keep falling through the map. ・[Fixed] The Monster Field Guide cannot be accessed. ・[Fixed] During Main Mission: Chapter 5-2 “A World Turned Upside Down,” an NPC may not appear, preventing further progression. ・[Fixed] When guarding a monster’s attack with a lance using Power Guard under certain conditions, the weapon flashes in red but the effect is not activated. ・[Fixed] When using a mantle, a Weapon Equipment Skill may mistakenly be activated. ・[Fixed] Some effects may be displayed continuously when using certain skills, such as Peak Performance and Self-Improvement. ・[Fixed] When successfully preforming an Offset Attack with the Insect Glaive’s Descending Slash under certain conditions, the hunter freezes and becomes unresponsive to any controls. ・[Fixed] Addressed issues that occurred under certain conditions with screen rendering and causing force quits. |
Here are all of the bugs and issues fixed by the release of Monster Hunter Wilds' newest version update for All Platforms. This patch aims to address some Main Story progress-halting bugs, combat-related bugs, and more.
To successfully apply this update, make sure to close Monster Hunter Wilds and install the newest patch. Happy hunting!
Bugs Previously Under Investigation Now Fixed
Following the announcement from Update 1.000.03.00, the bug where an NPC becomes unavailable during Chapter 5-2 "A World Turned Upside Down" has now been resolved.
The bug that may be encountered during Chapter 5-1 of the Main Missions remains to be addressed, so stay tuned for further updates!

The developers have also reported on some known issues as of March 2, 2025 and are currently under investigation. Most of these Multiplayer-related bugs that will likely be addressed properly in a future patch.
