Players can enter voice chat channels via the Audio Settings while playing Monster Hunter Wilds. Learn more on how to turn on voice chat, mute people, and join Link Party voice chat here!

How to Turn On Voice Chat in Monster Hunter Wilds

Turn on Voice Chat in the Audio Settings

To turn on Voice Chat, you must navigate to the Systems tab in the menu, then select Options. From there, got to the Audio tab and scroll down to Voice Chat.

Once there, you can select to turn voice chat On, turn it off, or switch it to Push-To-Talk.

Discord is an Alternative

if you don't want to use the game's built-in voice chat, you can also use the built-in Discord application on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. You can also use Discord on PC if you are playing the Steam version.

Consoles Have Built In Voice Chat

Alternatively, you can also use the built-in console voice chat on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, which allows you to create a chat group with your friends and enter a voice chat with them.

How to Mute People in Voice Chat

If you want to mute anyone in your voice chat, you can open your menu and navigate to the Communication tab and scroll down to the Voice Chat option.

This will bring up a list of players in your voice chat. You can then select any of them and mute them.

How to Join Link Party Voice Chat

Automatically Joined When Joining Link Party

If you are part of a Link Party, you will automatically be placed in an exclusive voice chat with your other Link Party members.
