Razor Sharp Skill
Prevents your weapon from losing sharpness.
Level Effect
1 Grants a 10% chance of no sharpness loss.
2 Grants a 25% chance of no sharpness loss.
3 Grants a 50% chance of no sharpness loss.

Razor Sharp vs Master's Touch

Razor Sharp is recommended for weapons that don't meet the Affinity requirement of Master's Touch, which depends on the weapon's base white sharpness. At max level, Razor Sharp effectively doubles the sharpness of a weapon.

Razor Sharp only 63% -

The table above shows the Affinity requirement for Master's Touch to match the effective sharpness of Razor Sharp 3 and Handicraft 1. The affinity needed decreases with more base white sharpness.

For example, if you're using an Artian Weapon with one Sharpness Boost (total of 50 white sharpness) and have at least 73% Affinity, take Master's Touch instead. If comparing against Razor Sharp only, Master's Touch is more effective if affinity is 63% or higher.

Note: You can get both Razor Sharp 3 and Handicraft 1 with the Rzr Sharp/Handicraft Jwl [3] Decoration.

Razor Sharp does not affect or interact with the special sharpness granted by Bladescale Honing. This special sharpness provides a fixed sharpness bar, with the number of hits required to deplete it depending on the weapon.
