You can also head over to your tent and select the Change Appearance option. This lets you switch your Palico between using the Felyne Language or not. Here you can go one step further and change your Palico's voice's pitch as well.

How to Change the Palico's Voice

During Character Creation

Edit Palico Voice
During character creation, you will be able choose between two voices for your Palico. When not using the Felyne Language, the voice will either be masculine or feminine.

In addition, If you choose to have your Palico speak in the Felyne Language, they will communicate with you using meows and purrs. Otherwise, they will speak in whatever language your game's audio language is set to.
