To obtain the Twitch Sub Item Pack, viewers must gift or buy 1 Twitch Subscription of any tier to any Twitch Streamers under the Monster Hunter Wilds streaming category.
All Eligible Subscription types are those purchased within the duration of the campaign, and will exclude Twitch Prime Subs, recurring subscription renewals, and the like.

Code drops occur on a weekly schedule, varying by platform. To ensure you receive the correct code, gift or purchase a Twitch Subscription only during the week designated for your chosen platform.
Do not worry if you accidentally claim a code for the wrong platform as users can receive up to one code per platform. Although, you will need to purchase another Twitch Sub on your desired platform's designated week.
Claim Campaign Redemption Code From Your Twitch Inventory
After gifting or buying a Twitch Sub, the appropriate redemption code will be delivered to your Twitch Account's Inventory. You can check your inventory by selecting your Profile Photo on the top right side of the screen, then navigating down to Drops and Rewards.

| 1 |  Open the PlayStation Store on your PS5. |

| 2 |  Select the three dotted icon on the top right corner of the PlayStation Store, and select the Redeem Code tab. |
| 3 |  Enter the 12-character code that you receive in your Twitch Account Inventory, and press redeem. The Item Pack will shortly be downloaded, allowing you to claim the reward from any Support Desk Palico within the game. |
Xbox Twitch Sub Item Pack Claiming Guide
| 1 |  Press the Xbox Button on your controller and navigate toward the Store. |
