Monster Hunter Wilds has already released a statement that the EW_30d43 Error has been fixed! Players can now join the online servers!
Play Offline
In case you are still experiencing this issue, you could choose to go offline mode and enjoy the game as you wait for the fix. Unfortunately, even going to Online Single Player mode would still cause this issue.
You can fire out an SOS Flare and hunt with NPC Support Hunters for the meantime.
