The in-game description noting Affinity +15% for Antivirus Level 3 is incorrect.
Antivirus increases the recovery rate after contracting the Frenzy and the affinity of the player after overcoming it. It starts from +3% affinity at level 1 with a maximum of +10% at max level.

Based on our testing, Antivirus only gives +10% affinity at level 3 rather than the +15% in the in-game description. While it speeds up recovery rate, the duration of the Frenzy buff remains at about 1 minute.
Frenzy Status Ailment Explained
Should Be Paired With Black Eclipse
Considering we do not have that much Frenzied Monsters, we would always recommend getting the Black Eclipse set bonus whenever you are running Antivirus in your builds. This enables you to contract Frenzy by just facing large monsters, so you can get the bonuses even if you are not fighting Frenzied monsters.
You can get Black Eclipse with the Gore Magala Armor Sets, with the 2-pc bonus providing Frenzied activations and the 4-pc bonus providing extra attack on top of that.
