Turn Off Frame Generation
Try turning off the frame generation option and relaunch your game through Steam to see if the issue gets fixed.
Although this is recommended to be turned on to lessen load times in-game, see if you can progress fine without it first, then turn them on after confirming if the issue is fixed.
Troubleshoot Your PC
As a general fix to all bugs and errors, troubleshoot your PC and perform general fixes. If these do nothing, make sure to check and update your drivers!
