Omega Planetes is the latest new monster in the game as part of the Final Fantasy XIV special collaboration! It released with Title Update 3 on September 29, 2025.

Gogmazios is another returning monster which will be added in the game. It will be available with Title Update 4 in December 2025.

Arch-Tempered Nu Udra is now available in a permanent event quest as of October 22, 2025. Hunters also need to be HR 100 or above to hunt it.

Arch-Tempered Uth Duna became permanently available on July 22, 2025 (ET) in an Event Quest, called These Roots Run Deep at HR50+.
Arch-Tempered Uth Duna was revealed as part of Title Update 2 during the Capcom Spotlight livestream aired on June 26, 2025.

Arch-Tempered Rey Dau's Event Quest, A Silent Flash, became permanently available on July 22, 2025 (ET). A Hunter Rank of 50 is required for this Event Quest.
Completing this quest will allow you to craft the Rey Dau γ armor set and the Felyne Rey Dau γ set for your Palico.

You're able to hunt High Rank Zoh Shia as an Investigation in the Ruins of Wyveria. HR Zoh Shia released along with Title Update 1. To be able to hunt this Zoh Shia, your Hunter Rank must be HR50 and above.

There are currently 33 Large Monsters and 18 Small Monsters in Monster Hunter Wilds. This sets the overall monster count to 51 monsters. This excludes Frenzied and Tempered variants of the current roster of monsters.
The overall monster count was raised to 51 after Omega Planetes released along with Title Update 3 and will become 52 in December 2025 when Gogmazios arrives.
