Note that the male and female Ceratonoths are counted as one monster.
There are currently 29 Large Monsters and 18 Small Monsters in Monster Hunter Wilds for a combined total of 47 Monsters as of the game's launch. This excludes Frenzied and Tempered variants of the current roster of monsters.
Two additional monsters will appear in future Title Updates, with Mizutsune confirmed to return in the Title Update 1 on April 3 (PDT)/April 4 (BST), 2025 and Lagiacrus in next Title Update in Summer 2025.
