I’m getting this error with the fully released game. Tried rebooting but nothing works

I can only get as far as walking out of the base camp before I get this code, then I get sent back to the main menu. Haven't fought a single monster this 2nd beta eriod because of constant communication errors. I've reinstalled, used different networks, wired/wireless/mobile Hotspot absolutely nothing works.
