Dual Blades demon dodge is affected by Power Prolonger. From my quick testing, the base duration of the demon dodge goes from 24s to about 42s with PP3. I noticed it while testing Adrenaline Rush. With PP, demon dodge lasts quite a bit longer than AR, but, without PP, demon dodge runs out about 6 seconds faster than AR.
