Main Objectives

Catch a Grand Escunite for Kanya

1	Kanya wants you to catch a Grand Escunite, a shiny blue shelled cephalopod. ▶︎ Fishing Guide
2	The Grand Escunite can be found in the fishing spot under the waterfall in the Scarlet Forest. ┣ Where to Catch a Grand Escunite ┗ Use Tentacle Jig Bait
3	Report back to Kanya once you've caught the Grand Escunite. She is found in Area 1 of the Scarlet Forest, near the Base Camp Fishing Spot.

Where to Catch a Grand Escunite

You can find the Grand Escunite in the fishing spot inside the caves under the falls in Area 8 of the Scarlet Forest. Keep an eye out for its shiny blue shell before casting your line.

Use Tentacle Jig Bait for Grand Escunite

The best bait for catching the Grand Escunite is the Tentacle Jig. You can obtain this at the start of this mission. To lure the Grand Escunite into biting, jig the bait up and down.

You can unlock Razzle Dazzle by reaching Chapter 4 and completing the The Catch of a Lifetime side mission from Kanya. The Razzle Dazzle side mission can be found in the lower left section of the Scarlet Forest, in Area 1 near the Base Camp.
