This is a list of all 10 Star quests and monsters that reward Timeworn Charms in Monster Hunter Wilds (MH Wilds). Learn how to unlock 10 Star monster quests and the rewards for clearing them here.
How to Unlock 10 Star Quests
Event Quests at HR100+
10 Star Event Quests will be available to take as soon as you reach HR 100+. This rank reveals the 10 Star Arch-tempered quests for AT Arkveld and other AT monsters on the Event Quest board.
Other 10 Star non-AT quests, such as the 10 Star Rompopolo event quest also at HR 100+, will be available according to their time-limited schedule.

Optional Quest After All 10 Star AT Quests
Proof of a Hero which is a 10 Star hunt-a-thon of all 4 AT apex monsters, will be available upon clearing the 10 Star AT Arkveld quest Freedom from Solitude and the clearing the 9 Star Special Environment Quests Tango of Lives Ablaze, Serenade of Scarlet Water, and The Wind 'n' Sand Blues.
Once all conditions have been met, which is beating AT Arkveld and completing the listed Special Environment Quests, make sure to speak to Alma (your Handler) to get Proof of a Hero to appear on the Optional Quest list.

Completing Freedom from Solitude will reward you the materials to craft the Arkveld γ (gamma) armor set. The other AT event quests will also reward you materials for their γ (gamma) sets.
Battle-tempered Emblems and Timeworn Charms will also be rewarded upon successfully clearing any one of these AT quests!

A 10★ Special Environment Quest, the optional quest Proof of a Hero, becomes available for taking once you have cleared 10★ AT Arkveld and the other 9★ triple hunts listed above.

Other 10 star quests will also be available according to their schedule. These are limited-time event quests, and will grant special rewards upon completion.

Defeating Arch-Tempered Arkveld will reward you with the crafting materials to forge the Arkveld (γ) armor set and the Arkveld (γ) Palico equipment set.
Timeworn Charms and Battle-tempered Emblems
Players who complete 10 Star quests will be rewarded with Timeworn Charms. When appraised, these charms have higher chances of giving rare talismans and Battle-tempered Emblems, which are used to reinforce Gogma Artian weapons.
According to Version 1.041.00.00, no changes have been made to the attributes of Talismans earned, so expect the same skill pools and slots that you can earn from them.
