Binding Counter grants a massive attack bonus that lasts for 90 seconds (up from 1 minute starting Title Update 4). However, this requires equipping 2 or 4 pieces of Jin Dahaad armor to activate the skill.
Note that it's possible to refresh the duration while the buff is still active by recovering from a binding status effect again.
