Increases Your Thunder Attack
This skill increases your Thunder attack stat, with higher levels providing a higher bonus. All levels of this skill increases a weapon's Thunder attack stat by a flat amount, with higher levels (starting at level 2) providing a percentage increase.
While Light Bowguns and Heavy Bowguns do not have visible elemental attack stats, this skill will still buff Thunder Ammo.
Take note that having the Thunder Attack skill on a weapon that does not deal Thunder damage will not impart Thunder damage to the weapon. It also does not affect other elemental attacks.
How Does Weapon Elemental Damage Work?

The thunder attack element cap depends on the base element of the weapon. The game determines the limit by either adding 350 to the base element or multiplying it by 1.9x (or a 90% increase), and then selecting the larger of the two. As a rule of thumb, a base of 390 element or higher will use the 1.9x multiplier.

The Thunder Attack skill has a chance to be included in an appraised talisman. These talismans are appraised from 9-star hunts.
Appraised Talismans were released in the Version 1.021 update.
