How to Unlock Extra Missions
Available From Title Update 1 Onwards
Extra Missions are a new type of quest introduced in Title Update 1, and are immediately unlocked once you've reached High Rank and the required Hunter Rank for each mission.

Extra Missions Rewards
Extra Guild Points and Hunter Rank Points
Completing Extra Missions rewards slightly more Guild Points than Side Missions, along with a decent amount of Hunter Rank Points. While this isn’t the most efficient method for farming either points, progressing through them is still worthwhile for the extra Guild Points!
Additional Items
A handful of items are also rewarded alongside Guild and Hunter Rank Points, which include valuable materials and ingredients thematic to the Extra Missions you've completed.
What Are Extra Missions?
A Way to Hunt New Monsters
Monsters not featured in the Main Missions are introduced through Extra Missions. These optional quests can be treated as self-contained stories that allow you to fight large monsters and help solve issues within an area.
