Pick Your Poison

Pick Your Poison is a limited-time event quest that originally ran from July 22 to August 12, 2025 (ET). It may rerun during seasonal Festival of Accord events.

Event Quests Schedule and Release Date

Only Playable From HR 9 or Higher

To unlock and play the Pick Your Poison event quest, you would need to be at least HR 9.

MH Wilds - Events Quest
From the Quest Counter, select the Event Quests Tab and select Pick Your Poison to accept this quest. You can do this by speaking to Alma or by speaking to Lotta, who's located in the Grand Hub. You can also open the Quest Counter from the Tent.

Gypceros is weakest to the Fire element. It's most susceptible to Sever and Shot damage to the Tail and Blunt damage to its Head. Break it's Head twice to disable its flash attacks.

Completing this event quest rewards the Diving Ticket and will unlock the Diver α armor set for hunters and Felyne Aloha Set α Palico equipment for Palicos! The Pick Your Poison event quest will also reward you with crafting materials to forge these sets with.
