How to Claim Preorder Bonuses
Download Game Content
Before you can claim your preorder bonus, make sure that you have first downloaded both the Layered Armor and Charm in your library.
You can check if you have already downloaded your preorder bonuses under the game's DLC list.
Unlock the Base Camp
To start, progress through the game until you gain access to the Base Camp in Windward Plains. This unlocks early in the first chapter, so you should be able to access it right away.
Walkthrough and List of Main Story Chapters
Talk to Conut
Once you have access to the Base Camp, progress a little further and you should gain access to the in-game Support Desk. Talk to Conut afterward and select Claim Content to get your preorder bonuses.
Layered Armor Can Be Claimed After Unlocking High Rank
Do note that the Guild Knight Set layered armor can only be claimed once you have completed the game's main campaign and unlock High Rank.
This is also the point where you can craft and equip regular layered armor.
