Completing quests is one of the primary ways to farm Guild Points. If you have any active quests, make sure to complete them to earn more Guild Points for spending.
Some Endemic Life can also reward you with Guild Points. If you come across any, be sure to catch them with your Capture Net to earn more Guild Points!

Fishing can also grant you Guild Points. You can earn at least 5 points per catch, but this can go higher depending on the size and weight of the fish.
To fish, simply equip your Fishing Rod and look for a nearby body of water. Some areas may not have fish, so keep exploring if the closest one is empty.
Guild Points are the only currency accepted when purchasing items requested from the Support Ship. You can use them to get a variety of items, including medicine, materials, and weapons.
Pop-Up Camps also require Guild Points to set up. Be sure to have enough if you plan to set up camps during your adventures.
Pop-Up Camps can also be destroyed, and one way to repair them is by using Guild Points. If your camp got destroyed, make sure you farm Guild Points, as repairs can be expensive.
Resting in your tent also lets you change the weather as well as the current time. For 300 Guild Points, you can skip to the next day with any weather of your choice.
