How to Use Hunting Assistants

Locate Them in the Map

Werner Hunting Assistant Location

Look for the Hunting Assistants in the map and track them. Follow the Scoutflies so you wouldn't get lost!

Lure the Monster

Once you find the Hunting Assistant, you have to wait a little bit until they set up their trap in the middle of the area. They will also directly tell you that the trap is ready and you can lure the monster to it!

Let the monster hit Werner's trap bomb multiple times until explodes.

Each Hunting Assistant has their own trap and gimmick, thus it's important to know what you have to do to activate their traps.

What Are Hunting Assistants?

Only Appears on Specific Maps

Unfortunately, Hunting Assistants are limited to specific maps. You also can't call them through an SOS Flare, but rather locate them within the area you're in.

They are more similar to interactable items in the wild compared to Support Hunters.
