How to Change Gemma's Outfit
Speak to Gemma in the Grand Hub
During the Flamefete Festival, Gemma unlocks a new outfit called Summer Coveralls. Simply talk to Gemma in the Grand Hub to unlock this outfit along with the option to change her outfit while you are in the tent.
Change via the Appearance Menu
Inside the tent at any Base Camp, navigate toward the Appearance Menu and select Change Appearance to pull out its sub-menu. Lastly, select Change Gemma's Outfit to enter the outfit select screen.

How to Unlock Blacksmith
Finish Dessert Trotters
You can immediately unlock the Blacksmith as soon as you finish the first mission, Dessert Trotters. After completing the mission, you can look for Gemma in the Windward Plains Base Camp to access the Smithy.
You will also receive Chatacabra materials once you talk to Gemma at her Blacksmith for the first time.
